TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DIGITAL GIFT CARD


The gift card code will be sent directly to the recipient's email address upon purchase/ or indicated date. No physical gift card will be mailed out.  

 

Credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. It cannot be replaced, reloaded, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or another gift card. The current eGift Card is only redeemable in for Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and Singapore only.

The value on the card can be used for purchases in whole or in part, and on multiple occasions at our Online shop. Please keep a record of the remaining amount, alternatively you may email us to request balance.

 

Please note gift card credit will NOT be applicable to Coffee Subscription Plans.
