Ongoing Monthly Coffee Bean Subscriptions

*By signing up to an ongoing subscription, your payment will be automatically charged each month on the same date as your first order, and your subscription will keep rolling until you decide to cancel.

How it works:
Each month’s payment covers the next month’s shipment.
For example, if your payment is processed on 15 September, it pays for your October mail-out, which usually goes out in the first week of October.

Need to make changes?
You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your PayPal account and stopping the recurring payment.
Just give us 7 working days’ notice before your next billing date, and drop us a quick email at light@lightcoffee.com.au so we can confirm it for you.

If you’d prefer to pause your subscription for any reason or wish to update your delivery address, just simply send us a quick email at light@lightcoffee.com.au so we can arrange and take care of it for you before your billing/mail out date.

About payments:
If a payment doesn’t go through, your subscription might pause until it’s sorted.
Please help us by checking your payment details stay up to date, and let us know if you notice any issues.
In the rare case a payment fails but we don’t receive a notice from PayPal or our payment provider, we kindly ask if you could email us to let us know.
If your coffee is shipped after a missed payment, we’ll simply get in touch to arrange the outstanding balance~ no stress, just a friendly follow-up to keep everything squared away.
If you ever receive additional shipments after a payment failure or cancellation, please let us know right away. We’ll happily sort things out whether that means settling the payment or organising a return if needed.

From time to time, we may make small changes to our subscription roast dates and offerings. If that ever happens, we’ll always aim give you a friendly heads-up by email in advance.
